ABSTRACT

The purpose of this paper is to: (1) discloses a key role of teacher in the appreciative learning literature; (2) describe the urgency of approaches Andragogy for enlightening learning literature; (3) emphasize the importance of implementing an innovative learning model in appreciative learning literature. The results of the discussion showed, first, a teacher of literature is a key actor in the success of the appreciative learning literature. In this case the teacher of literature is required to encourage students to arouse "making love with literature". Second, the learning literature with an alternative solution  Andragogy approach in efforts to developcompetencies among students of literature. Third, an innovative learning model with Jigsaw strategy, Student Team Achievment Divition (STAD), Example Non Example, Group Investigation, Roll Play, Every One is Teacher, and others in the learning literature is an alternative approach to Andragogy.
